A 65-year-old married couple, Harold and Mildred, were enjoying a quiet evening at home when suddenly, Mildred turns to Harold with a mischievous twinkle in her eye.
“I want to tell you something, dear,” she says, her voice tinged with intrigue. “Go out to the barn, find the farthest bale of hay, and bring back whatever you find there.”
Curious and slightly puzzled, Harold obliges. He heads out to the barn, navigating through the familiar scent of hay and the soft glow of moonlight filtering through the wooden slats. At the far end, he discovers a dusty old box hidden behind the bale of hay. With a sense of anticipation, he opens it and to his surprise, finds three eggs nestled among a stack of neatly bundled cash totaling $10,000 💵🥚🥚🥚.
Intrigued and mystified, Harold brings the box back to Mildred, who sits patiently in their cozy living room. Placing it on the coffee table, he looks at her expectantly.
With a knowing smile, Mildred begins to explain, “You see, Harold, over our 45 years of marriage, every time we made love and I wasn’t completely satisfied, I would place an egg into that box.”
Harold smiles a cocky smile and then he boasts, “Only three eggs in 45 years? I knew I was the greatest ever lover!”
Mildred sighs, “Ah, but you’re forgetting the cash, dear,”…
“Every time the box filled up with a dozen eggs, I would take them to the market and sell them!”
