A group of guys embarked on an adventurous bike tour.
However, there was one problem – Mick’s snoring was legendary and no one wanted to share a room with him. They decided it was only fair to take turns enduring his symphony of snores throughout the trip.
The first guy took one for the team and bunked with Mick.
The next morning, he stumbled into breakfast with hair standing on end and bloodshot eyes.
Concerned, the others exclaimed, “What happened to you? You look like you’ve been through a tornado!”
He replied, “Oh, Mick’s snoring was like a thunderstorm! I couldn’t sleep, so I just sat there all night, watching him serenade the world.”
The following night, it was another unfortunate soul’s turn to room with Mick.
When he emerged for breakfast, he resembled a disheveled mess – hair all over the place and eyes bloodshot.
His friends couldn’t help but ask, “What on earth happened to you? Did you survive a hurricane?”
He groaned in response, “You won’t believe it! Mick’s snoring rattled the very foundations of the room. I couldn’t sleep a wink, so I ended up being an audience member to his nocturnal concert.”
Now, it was Bill’s turn to face the snoring symphony. He was a rugged, seasoned biker – a true man’s man.
The next morning, he appeared at breakfast with a bright smile and a twinkle in his eye.
The others couldn’t believe their eyes.
Curious, they blurted out, “Bill, what in the world happened? You look like you had the best sleep ever!”
Bill chuckled and replied, “Well, when it was time for bed, I took charge. I tucked Mick in, gave him a friendly pat on the backside, and planted a goodnight kiss on his forehead.”
The friends gasped in disbelief.
Bill winked and added, “From that moment on, Mick was so startled that he stayed wide awake, watching me all night!”
